"How do I get abs?" The GOLDEN question I get 4727273 times a day. SO let me tell you
If you want your abs to show, like straight 6 pack, you gotta be eating 95.9372627% CLEAN. You can crunch your life away each and every day in the gym but if your diet is not ON POINT then those little suckers won't show. .
This is me today. I don't have a 6 pack 24/7 because I like food and because I'm not in prep mode. .
I think some people have unrealistic expectations and they allow that to get them down and eventually give up. .
But my point is, if you want EXTREME results, then you're gonna have to go ALL in, none of this "balance" nonsense. Adding spinach to your diet or more crunches to your workout isn't going to get you a 6 pack or the body of your dreams. Having 5 cheat meals a week isnt going to get you that flat stomach you want before your trip you're going on this summer. Yes it may seem like hard work, but remember, nothing worth having comes easy 🌀✨
