4 tips to burn more fat than you store!
Do you want to drop a few kilos? A big part of losing weight is getting your body to burn more fat than it stores. This is actually quite a simple task if you know the mechanism by which your body burns fat.
1. Eat fat-burning foods like proteins.
Proteins come from meat, eggs, avocados, buts, beans, kale and some grains like cous cous.
2. Know which foods instantly put you in a fat storing mode.
These foods are mostly breads, muffins, cereals, store-bought salad dressings, and all fast-foods.
3. Intermittent fasting is another real winner.
Choose an eight hour period in which you eat, like 7am to 3pm, or 11am to 7pm, for example. In the remaining 16 hour of the day, you're not eating so your body will break down your excess fat for energy. You will see the kgs drop almost instantly.
4. Make coconut oil your primary oil.
Coconut oil contains mostly medium chain fatty acids, which aren't stored as readily as long chain fatty acids (found in most other fats and oils).
