I didn't change anything, workout/diet speaking, to get ready for this trip.
It's been a rough couple of months for me and my family. even though I've done my best, eating on the road without access to a kitchen on most days was tough.
I used to be under the impression that coaching was all about having a perfect body, and that I needed rock hard abs with a perfect diet to even think about helping others reach their goals.
I now realize that it's not about that at ALL! Coaching means that I am perfectly imperfect. I'm human. ❤️ More important than having a strict meal plan and routine, coaching has taught me to love my body and to be confident in my own skin...no matter what it may look like. And THAT is the kind of peace that we deserve, my friends. ✌🏻
