Create solutions for your tribe
Having discovered your tribe, it is now time to create products to sell to them. In the course of growing your tribe, you would have discovered one or two pain points amongst your audience. If you haven’t discovered any, you can ask them plainly about challenges or issues that they might be having.
The next step is to look for solutions to these problems and package these solutions as products that you can sell to your tribe.
These products can be physical products (you must take into cognizance your delivery and other logistics if you want to sell a physical product), ebooks, online courses, your services, your time (if you are a coach), the list is endless.
In creating solutions for your tribe, focus on the problems that they might be experiencing and how your products can help them. Remember, at this point, it is all about your tribe. You need to provide them with solutions that they need.
Note that you don’t have to wait till you have built a tribe of a million followers. You can start with as little as 1000 followers and keep growing from there. But it is definitely obvious that the more people whom have in your tribe, the more money you are likely to make.
Again, let reiterate that popularity is not the same thing as growth. You can have a million followers on IG who are not interested in your niche and so you will hardly make any sale. This is why you should never buy email addresses or followers on any platform. Rather, grow your tribe organically, it is slower but it pays in the long run.
