It's easy to put it off and say "I'll go tomorrow," but in all honesty fitness is the best way to stay healthy. Seeing your body change in front of your eyes is a great thing, but I think the greatest part of it all is the way it makes you feel. Having a better mental stability makes you more focused, productive and overall happier about your life. My anxiety is practically gone because of working out. It sounds cliche, but when I feel out of place, lonely or impatient, fitness helps me remember that the greatest things take time and lots of dedication. Get in your zone, block out the world and enjoy the hour with yourself because in this day and age, we could all really use some time alone. Find happiness within you, not within others.
