Coconut Flour Pancakes 🌴🌞
Healthy, gluten-free, soy free & delicious! They taste like macaroons. 👌
1/4 cup Coconut Flour
1/8 teaspoon Baking Soda
Pinch of salt
2 tablespoons organic cold-pressed Coconut Oil
2 tablespoons Pure Honey
1/4 cup Coconut Milk
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Maple syrup to taste
Butter for cooking
Mix eggs, coconut oil, and honey together.
Add coconut milk and vanilla extract.
Throw in coconut flour, baking soda, & salt. Mix, but not too much!
Melt a dab of butter in your skillet, then add your pancake batter using a laddle.
No bubbles will appear, so check the underside of your pancake before flipping.
Serve warm, and drown 'em with maple syrup! Add fruits if you'd like. 🍌🍓 Grab your fork and enjoy! 🍴
