"Those who can do. Those who can't teach." That's cool. I've been competing since I could walk at all sorts of shit. Ive done ok.
Today, I was a coach. My coaching with Alyssa reached it's culmination.
If she had finished dead last I would have been beaming.
She finished 2nd in a heat of insanely strong women. In her first meet. (And 2nd to my good friend @lboogie such a beast!) I repeat. First meet. Shes been training with me for 3 month!!! Her dedication is habit, her passion is consistency, her need is success.
She exhibits this in her life, her career, and her lifting.
I am so proud and so inspired today. I am so lucky to have been given this chance today to watch Alyssa be great in yet another aspect of her life.
So, yeah, those who can't do teach. That's fine. Because doing never felt as good as teaching did today.
Not to be sappy, but my heart is full. Got to hang with the old crew. @mnhowbeta
Time flies. We might not be rich in $ but damn we are all making it happen.
