Unplanned/ unscheduled bench workout tonight. Doing decline benchpress for the first time in years & first time benching over 300lbs since October. This was one of the most fun workouts I've had in a while.
1'st video: 275x4 speed was good so I went up to 315
2nd video: 315x3 RPE 7.5 was gonna do a few more sets but hamstrings were acting up when staying tight for the lift.
3rd video: Back off set 275x6
4th video: 45lb dips super set with close grip pull-ups for 3 sets of 8
5th video: Burnout sets of tricep extensions
