"It was summer of 2015, when I was at my heaviest. To be honest, I don't even know exactly how much I weighed... I ate what I wanted, drank ALL the time and yo-yo dieted with half assed attempts to lose weight. None of it stuck and when I'd stop, I would decide it "didn't work" and just go back to what I was doing, and put on even MORE weight.
Funny thing is, when you're in the middle of living an unhealthy lifestyle, your mind has a tricky way of making you feel like you are healthy. That you look good, feel good, haven't put on much weight, etc. you don't truly SEE yourself. When I see these pictures now, and remember that in each one I was drinking/drunk, I can't believe how much I have changed inside and out.
Beachbody has truly transformed the way I view myself, food, my body, my mind and what's important to me. I no longer drink, I put healthy food in my body and treat it with respect. That GOD I found beachbody. (Actually, thank my COACH that she found me and persisted until I joined!!) I would still be the overweight, sad, drinks and eats too much, woman who didn't even REALIZE how unhealthy I was!! I hope everyone can see that they too can accomplish great things. Trust the process. I made INSANE progress in about 8 months. And a year and a half later after first starting, I'm still kicking ass and am so proud of how far I've come."💕
